UPDATE: The accident reportedly occurred at 4:47 p.m. Monday, Jan. 26, on East SR 14, east of South CR 700E in Sidney. The driver, Chase B. Bradley, 17, of Claypool, lost control of the vehicle and slid off of the road and into a field. Bradley was treated at the scene for neck pain.

Authorities are currently responding to an accident on SR 14, just west of the Whitley County line.
