Michael A. Tethrake
Michael A. Tethrake, 57, of Milford passed away Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2015, at Warsaw Meadows, Warsaw.
He was born Jan. 8, 1958 in Goshen, to Merle A. and Norma L. (Rhoades) Tethrake.
He married Mary “Liz” DeRidder; she survives.
Tethrake was a lifetime Milford resident and a Wawasee High School graduate in 1976. He was caregiver to his parents and loved farming, tractors, race cars, and his cats.
Michael is survived by his wife; a sister, Karen (Tim) Pope of Syracuse; two brothers, Steven (Barb) Tethrake of Collierville, Tenn., and Douglas (Stephanie) Tethrake of Plymouth; six nieces and three nephews; his mother-in-law, Carolyn Bilbrey.
He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
A graveside service will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 24, at the Milford Cemetery with Pastor Mike Kelly from the Word Of Truth Church officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to The Animal Welfare League of Kosciusko County, PO Box 1906, Warsaw, IN 46581.
Mishler Funeral Homes, Bremen and Milford, was in charge of arrangements.
