Richard Dean England
Richard Dean England, 51, of Warsaw, passed away at 9 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 15, 2015, in his daughter’s New Haven home.
Richard was born July 1, 1963, in Warsaw, to Richard D. and Mary Jane (Hall) England. On Oct. 31, 1992, in Warsaw, he and Debra J. Nelson were joined in marriage. She preceded him in death on Jan. 2, of this year.
Richard lived most of his life in the Warsaw area and worked many years for DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc. At one time he had been employed by TruGreen in Fort Wayne, and most recently by Green Lawn Care in Warsaw.
He loved and treasured his family and enjoyed spending time with them. He also enjoyed fishing, camping, going to the casino and riding his Harley. As his faith was very important to him he loved praising God.
He is survived by his mother: Mary Jane England, New Haven; four daughters and a son-in-law: Garnet Shepherd, New Haven; Christina England, Indianapolis; Jillian England, Pierceton; and Jody (Shaun) Sisk, Warsaw; son and daughter-in-law: Jason (Charity) Nelson, Pierceton; eight grandchildren: Nathan, Nevaeh, Noah, Josh, Stephanie, Jason, Alex and Sirius; and his beloved dog: Dillon.
In addition to his wife he was preceded in death by his father: Richard England; three sisters: Lora England, Ruth England and Brenda Spangle.
Family and friends will come together to support each other at this difficult time from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 19, at Titus Funeral Home, 2000 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw. A celebration of Richard’s life will begin at 2 p.m. and will be officiated by Pastor John E. Lowe, ll of New Life Christian Church and World Outreach, Warsaw.
The family has asked that gifts in Richard’s memory be directed to Titus Funeral Home, PO Box 705, Warsaw, IN 46581-0705, to defray funeral expenses.
