JN W. Feldman
JN W. Feldman, 74, of Bremen, entered into his eternal life on Thursday, Jan. 15, 2015, at Pilgrim Manor in Plymouth.
He was born on Dec. 7, 1940, in Nappanee to Willard and Aldean (Laidig) Feldman. JN graduated from Bremen High School in 1958 and went on to honorably serve his country in the US Army. On New Year’s Day in 1967, he married the love of his life, Karen Miller.
JN worked hard all his life as a local farmer, but even after his work in the fields, he enjoyed helping his wife, Karen, in their large garden. JN loved to spend time with family and friends. He would lend a hand whenever possible, and enjoyed driving his Amish friends. He attended Living Gospel Church.
JN is survived by six children: Annette (Brent) Wiseman, Nappanee; Sarah (Reggie) Horner, Pendleton; Jeff Feldman, Bremen; Joyce Neese, Yorktown; Bruce Feldman, Argos; Michelle (Lalo) Diaz, Mexico; 12 grandchildren: Elesia, Megan, Jeana, Kristen, Gracie, Hannah, Gideon, Sam, Simon, Clayton, Ezra, Hadara; his mother: Aldean Feldman, Bremen; and his brother: Verdon (Becky) Feldman, Bremen.
He was preceded in death by his father; and his wife.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 19, at the Living Gospel Church, 302 W. Walnut St., Nappanee. Pastor Mike Raasch will officiate. Friends may call from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 18, at Mishler Funeral Home, Bremen.
