Executive Officer, Builders Association Kosciusko Fulton Counties
Builders Association Kosciusko Fulton Counties held their General Membership Meeting with special guests Indiana Builders Association 2014 State President Tom Mullen; IBA Chief Operating Officer Cindy Bussell and Indiana District 22 State Representative Rebecca Kubacki.
Kubacki was recognized for her commitment to the building industry during her terms at the state house. As a supporter of housing, Kubacki supported legislation favorable to affordable housing and opposed those bills that would drive up the cost of building. Kubacki was thanked for not only supporting the building industry, but also for her service at the state house.
Mullen is serving as the 62nd state president for the Indiana Builders Association. Mullen has traveled and worked extensively in construction around the world. Sharing his experiences with the BAKFC, Mullen enlightened the attendees on construction practices around the world.
Bussell explained the many benefits available through membership in the BAKFC, IBA, and NAHB. There are discounts, rebates, and group medical insurance plan offered to qualifying members. Several members actually receive more money each year than their dues investment costs each year.
There are many good reasons to join the Builders Association in addition to these benefits. Membership information can be found at bakfc.com or download the app BAKFC.
