Little Miss Kosciusko Princess Pageant
By AMY MILLER
Director, Miss Kosciusko County Scholarship Program
The Miss Kosciusko County Scholarship Program has a Princess Pageant just for you. Join us for a memorable experience by participating as a Miss Kosciusko County Princess. This event is sponsored by the Miss Kosciusko County Scholarship Organization, part of the Miss Indiana/Miss America Scholarship Program, the leading scholarship provider for women in the country. Your entry fee helps provide scholarship for all of our scholarship programs.
The Miss Kosciusko County Princess Program is not designed as a serious competition, but rather a fun opportunity for mentorship by connecting young girls with the exceptional women that participate in the Miss Indiana/Miss America Scholarship Pageant.
All princess contestants will have a brief interview with our judges, answer a question or two on stage to build self-esteem, take a modeling walk across the stage in your party dress, perform their talent and participate in a production number.
If you have questions, contact Mrs. Chelsi Strieby at (260) 894-1690 or email to [email protected].
Three awards will be given in three separate age categories; Little Miss Kosciusko County, ages five through seven, Junior Miss Kosciusko County, ages 8 and 9 and Miss Kosciusko County Pre-Teen for girls ages 11 and 12.
A minimum of three contestants in any particular age range is required to award each title and a maximum of five contestants for each age category will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis. We encourage you to send your application and registration fee in as soon as possible to secure your spot.
Once applications are accepted, we may find it necessary to alter the age groups slightly to even out the number of contestants in each group.

Talent Category:
At Miss Kosciusko, we hold a high value in well-rounded young women. Being part of the Miss America Organization, we appreciate that the scoring does not simply focus on beauty and poise, but communication skills and talent as well. So, while some princess programs do not include a talent score in the final scoring, Miss Kosciusko will include the talent score as part of the final scoring. We believe that performing builds self-esteem and showmanship at all ages. Also, talents are to be no longer than one minute and 30 seconds.
