Kosciusko Extension Homemakers Raise Money For Homeless Shelter
By STEPHANIE FAROH

An anonymous donor contributed fabric and hand-made rugs to the Kosciusko County Extension Homemakers. The homemakers made tote bags from the fabric then sold the bags and rugs to raise money for the new Fellowship Missions Homeless Shelter.
After selling the bags and rugs in the community and to clients at a local hair salon, the Extension Homemakers raised $2,179.
The Extension Homemakers continue to make the tote bags for people passing through Fellowship Missions. For more information on this project or on how to join the Extension Homemaker Organization, contact Stephanie Faroh at (574) 372-2340 or [email protected].
