Milford Fire Department was called at 9:30 a.m. Monday to a cargo trailer fire at 41 West North Street, Milford.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation. A car near the tire was moved by a passing motorist. The property is owned by Juan and Erica Parra. Erica Parra was inside the home but unaware of the fire. Milford Police Chief Rich Miotto went inside the home to get Mrs. Parra out of the residence.

No further information is available.

Emergency personnel responded to a fire involving a utility trailer located on 41 West North Street, Milford today at 9:30 a.m.

The fire has been extinguished at this time. Milford Fire Department responded to the scene.
