Mark Struwin, Bello Spark At The Pier Bar In Syracuse
Incorporating myriad genres, including Alternative Country, Americana, Roots, Rock, Memphis Soul, and even Reggae, this Michigan-born artist has forged a truly unique style all his own.
With eight self-produced all original CD’s under his belt, Mark Struwin proves to be a gifted and prolific songwriter. Struwin has shared the stage with members from the Doobie Brothers, Greensky Bluegrass, Melvin Seals and Umphrey’s Magee.
Rob Jordan and Tory Peterson had a mutual respect for music and each other which led to a friendship and eventual collaboration, now known as Bello Spark. Jordan’s raspy vocals might remind some listeners of Marcus Mumford, and Peterson’s leads might ring out like Coldplay. They generate a folky, pop rock sound rooted in the mists of memory.
Struwin will take the stage at The Pier Bar at Oakwood Resort at 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 21. Bello Spark is set to perform at 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22.
