The Papers’ Reporters Featured In ‘Teens Explain’ Web Series
Some of you may remember the “Indiana Weekend” music video that was filmed at Wawasee High School and in Warsaw. Jessica Hardy and Brent Kado, the team behind the video, had such a good time with the project that they were inspired to make the “Teens Explain” web series.
The premise of the series is that local teenagers have a conversation with older adults and bridge the generation gap. The first wave of filming was shot in September, and a couple of episodes feature reporters from The Papers Inc. (the parent company of www.inkfreenews.com).
Martha Stoelting was one of the adult guests. She contributes to a number of The Papers’ print publications, and is perhaps best known as the author of “Cruisin’ Cuse” and “Heart of the Lakes” in “The Mail Journal.”
The other was yours truly. Yes, despite being only 28, I thought I could impart some valuable lessons to some local adolescent. In hindsight, I’m not sure that I did, but the experience was a delight.

Anyway, Martha and I both had a blast during the filming. Hardy recently alerted us that the final cuts were now live on YouTube. They’ve been embedded here for your enjoyment.
More episodes will be uploaded as they are completed. To keep up with “Teens Explain” follow the Kosciusko Cares YouTube channel.
