Soil Turned On New Heron Corporate Housing
Soil was turned and development is officially underway for the new Heron Corporate Housing facility. Jeff Ryan, development associate for RealAmerica Development, addressed those in attendance.
Ryan explained that the new fully-furnished housing options will allow those coming into to Warsaw for training at one of the local companies to not have to worry about homemaking during their short stay, saying, “Individuals will be able to come in, drop their bags off, and not have to worry about linens, furniture or anything like that. They can focus all of their efforts on their training.” Councilman Charles Smith also addressed the crowd on behalf of the Warsaw Common Council.
Joining Ryan and Smith in the official groundbreaking honors was Jeff Kubly of Lake City Bank and Scott Pannicke, also of RealAmerica.
The development will offer 39 apartments total, with both one and two bedroom units available. All tenants will have access to a community room and a fitness room.
