UPDATE: Accident In Enchanted Hills
Heather A. Moore, 30, E. CR 950N, Syracuse, suffered minor bleeding to the head in a one-vehicle accident Tuesday evening. Her two passengers, Karli Moore, 7 and Miranda Maag, 12, complained of pain to their necks. All three were taken to IU Health-Goshen.
The one-vehicle accident was at East Crooked Mile Road and North Sir Lancelot Lane, Cromwell, in Enchanted Hills.
The accident occurred at 8:58 p.m. According to the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department, Moore did not see the curve in the road, causing her vehicle to go off the road.
Damage was estimated up to $2,500.
INITIAL: At least one person was transported to an area hospital this evening following a single-vehicle accident. The slide-off was at the intersection of Sir Lancelot and Crooked Mile Road in Enchanted Hills.
Reporter Chelsea Los was at the scene and reports the driver of the car was westbound on Crooked Mile when her car went off the road. The driver was unable to stop her vehicle due to the wet grass, sliding into a small creek.
The injuries suffered by the one individual was reported as minor.
Turkey Creek Fire Territory Fire Department and EMS responded.
