TVHS Student Council Attends State Convention

Students from Tippecanoe Valley High School attended the Indiana Association of Student Councils High School Division State Convention- “Catching the Fire of Leadership- Let the Games Begin” on Nov. 1-2, in Indianapolis.
TVHS students who attended the State Convention are Victoria Biddle, Jordan Fraser, Amanda Heltzel, Shayla Hoffman, Wes Johnston, Jacob Lisenby, Madison Miller, Tenaya Shull, Travis Shull, Mila Smalley, Yarley Smalley, Olivia Trippiedi and Jack Utter. Student were accompanied by their advisors; Crystal Heckaman and Cami Shriver.
The IASC High School State Convention annually offers a program of leadership learning activities presented by nationally known speakers and IASC personnel, with the intent that students will be empowered to impact their schools and communities in many new, exciting and positive ways.
This year’s keynote speakers were Heather Schultz and Bob Tryanski.
While at the convention the TVHS Student Council was recognized as an IASC Honor Council and a Riley Miracle School.
