Second Suspect In Wawasee Break-Ins Arrested
Terry W. Yoder, 25, 425 Oatfield Lane, Goshen, the second suspect in the May burglaries of two Lake Wawasee homes, has been arrested. He was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail at 3:32 p.m. Friday, Oct. 31.
Yoder has been charged with two counts of burglary, class B felonies, and two counts of thefts, class D felonies. His bond has been set at $10,000 surety.
Yoder had initially been located by members of the Goshen Police Department with information provided by the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.
Yoder and Robert Tyler Boatwright, 24, 10937 N. 200E, Milford, who was arrested on Oct. 22, allegedly broke into the homes of Jim Heubi, North Bayshore Drive, Syracuse and Glenn O’Connner, also of North Bayshore Drive, Syracuse. (See related story)
The Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office also assisted the sheriff’s department and Goshen Police Department with the investigation.
