Officers with the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated the following accident:
12:53 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 25. US 30, Warsaw. Driver: Lacey J. Wilson, 19, Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Wilson was westbound on US 30 when she struck a deer. Damages: up to $5,000
8:28 a.m. Friday Oct. 24, West 300 South, Warsaw. Drivers: Beth A. Parker, 21, East 600 South, Warsaw. Parker was westbound on County Road 300 South when she struck a deer. Damages: up to $5,000
7:53 a.m. Friday, Oct. 24. South Country Club Road, Warsaw. Driver: Audrey K. Wallen, 29, Cherry Avenue, Winona Lake. Wallen was traveling southbound on Country Club Drive when she struck a deer in the area of 450 South. Damages: up to $5,000

Officers with the Warsaw Police Department investigated the following accident:
12:43 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 25. 350 North. Driver: John V. Wood, 28, West North Street, Milford. Wood was traveling westbound on West 350 North when he struck a deer. Damages: up to $2,500
2:22 p.m. Friday, Oct. 24. Winona Avenue. Drivers: Lori L. Svinarich, 48, North Prairie Street, Warsaw. Svinarich stated she was eastbound on East Winona Avenue when she advised she saw a child running in her peripheral vision. Before she was able to stop, Svinarich struck the victim, identified as Brenda Lazano, 3, of Warsaw. Lazano reportedly rolled off the hood and into the street. At this time, Svinarich swerved to miss the victim and pulled into the Comcast parking lot. Lazano was unconscious upon police arrival. Due to her injuries, she was transported by ambulance to Fort Wayne Lutheran Hospital. Lazano had multiple abrasions to her face and head as well as an abrasion to her left abdomen. Injury confirmation is currently pending. Svinarich volunteered to a chemical blood test. Damages: up to $2,500
10:11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 24. 320 West Main Street. Drivers: Florence L. McNeely, 63, East Main Street, Warsaw; and Virginia D. Tinkey, East Pixie Parkway, Cromwell. McNeely was backing into a parking stall when she backed into an unoccupied vehicle registered to Virginia D. Tinkey. Damages: up to $5,000
