Moore Named Brock Grain Systems Superintendent

Tim Moore has been named a plant superintendent for Brock Grain Systems, according to Greg Guthrie, plant manager for the CTB Inc. business units Milford manufacturing plant.
In his new position, Moore will help manage various production, packaging and shipping departments within Brock. His efforts will be focused on ensuring safety, streamlining production processes, managing capital expenditures and eliminating waste.
Moore offers nearly 18 years of plant experience in the metals and automotive industries, and has an extensive background in the principles of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Toyota Production System and 5S.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology from Morehead State University, Morehead, Ky., and a master’s degree in business administration from Indiana University-Purdue University, Fort Wayne. He currently resides in Warsaw.
