Early Morning Fire In North Webster
North Webster Fire Department was called out shortly after 3 a.m. today (Wednesday), to No. 17 Mid-Lakes Mobile Home Park, Crystal Flash Road, for a mobile home fire.
Emergency personnel arriving at the scene reported light smoke coming from the home, owned and occupied by Dan Trofinchuck.
Fire Chief Jeremy Likens reported the homeowner fell asleep and was awakened by smoke in the living room. The fire had started in the kitchen area, where it was contained.
Trofinchuck suffered minor smoke inhalation and was treated at the scene. The cause remains under investigation.
Firefighters remained on the scene for approximately one hour. Exhaust fans were used to remove the smoke from the home.
