UPDATE: Vivian Hornaday, age unknown, North Webster, refused treatment at the scene, after being rescued from her overturned Chevrolet Trailblazer.
Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Deputies, North Webster Police and emergency personnel responded to the area of SR 13 near the flowing well Tuesday, at approximately 4:10 p.m., regarding an accident.
Hornaday purportedly had driven off the edge of SR 13 for an unknown reason, then traveled into loose gravel before the vehicle overturned.
North Webster/Tippecanoe Township Fire Department extricated the doorway, allowing the driver to exit.
INITIAL: Emergency personnel are currently responding to an accident located at SR 13 EMS B9 Lane in North Webster.
According to Reporter Deb Patterson, one vehicle was involved in the accident. Police state that the vehicle went off the road causing the car to roll over. The driver has signed off on medical attention at the scene. The accident occurred just south of the Flowing Well.
