Maria Beatty, 66, East CR 1250N, Milford, was transported to an area hospital, with a complaint of chest pain and suffering from an abrasion to the arm, due to deployment of the vehicle’s airbags.

The accident occurred at 3:26 p.m. at Old SR 15 and CR 1300N in Milford.

Milford Police report Kailer Slusser, 17, North Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse, was stopped at the intersection on CR 1300N. Beatty was northbound on Old SR 15.

Slusser told police he thought Beatty was going to turn onto CR 1300N, and proceeded into the intersection, when the vehicles collided.

Slusser was not injured.

Damage was estimated up to $25,000.

INITIAL: Emergency personnel are currently responding to an accident located at Old SR 15 and 1300 North in Milford.

Two vehicles are reportedly involved in the incident with one individual reportedly being treated at the scene for an injury.
