Adult Reading Program is a Chance to Win
Adult readers of the Syracuse Public Library will have an opportunity to receive rewards for doing the thing that they enjoy, which is reading books. Beginning Tuesday, Sept. 9, readers may fill out a book mark with the five books they have read and trade it for an envelope that indicates the prize they have won. There are 84 prizes that include 20 each: reusable cloth bags, coupons to print copies at the library, coupons for overdue Syracuse fines, and coupons for the on-going book sale. Four winners will get to designate a local nonprofit to be given $20. The reading program starts Tuesday, Sept. 9, but ends when all 84 prizes have been drawn or in eight weeks, whichever comes first.
