Symphony of the Lakes Pop Concert
The Symphony of the Lakes and music director and conductor Tom Stirling will be performing classic and present-day themes from movies, Broadway, and other surprises at the Lights, Camera, Action Pops Concert. They Symphony will be performing at 7 p.m. on September 13 at the Warsaw Performing Arts Center.
Lights, Camera, Action is designed for all audiences with music that is familiar to everyone. Audiences will recognize music from “The Dark Knight,” “Fiddler on the Roof,” and “Star Wars.” It promises to be a great time for young and old.
Music Director and Symphony of the Lakes Conductor Tom Stirling says, “Our pops concert has an exciting and universal theme loved by all. We hope that audiences will enjoy experiencing a live orchestra performing music people will know and love.”
The Pops concert is the opening concert to the 2014-2015 Symphony of the Lakes concert season. The Symphony will be performing seven unique and exciting concerts this year. Season subscriptions for The Symphony of the Lakes concerts will be available to purchase at the Pops Concert. Subscriptions range from $50 to $95.
