WINONA LAKE – Alexis Manwaring continued a strong start to her senior season Tuesday for the Warsaw girls’ golf team.

Manwaring earned medalist honors with a 9-hole effort of 45 as the host Tigers picked up a win at the Stonehenge Golf Club.

Coach Ray Davis’ squad shot a season low 192 to defeat West Noble, which posted a team total of 255.

Maddie Graham and Kristen Watson each had solid performances as the pair shot 48 and 49 respectively for Warsaw.

Aarshia Jain completed the varsity scoring for Warsaw, now 3-2 on the season, with a 50.

Morgan Fuentes shot a 52 and Page Desenberg had a 59 for the Tigers.

Haley Teel shot a 51 and Paige Shearer a 52 to pace West Noble. Bailey Kruger shot 66 and Lesly Pacheco 86 for the Chargers.

Warsaw returns to action Saturday in the Western Invitational. Action for the Tigers begins at 1 p.m. at the Chippendale Golf Course in Kokomo.
