Elinor Frances Coy
Elinor Frances Coy, 80, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away at 7:56 a.m. Thursday, July 17, at Miller’s Merry Manor, Warsaw.
She was born on June 1, 1934, in Providence, R.I., to Alden B. Lufkin and Evelyn I. (Michie) Lufkin. She was a 1952 graduate of Cranston High School, Cranston, R.I. She married Orville ‘Pete’ Coy on Oct, 22, 1955, in Providence, R.I.
She was a longtime resident of Springfield, Va., and had resided in Virginia Beach, Va., for several years prior to relocating to Indiana in 2007. She was a homemaker and she loved to collect bird figurines.
She is survived by her husband; a son: Steve (Felix Diaz) Coy, Chicago, Ill.;
Thomas (]Monique) Coy, Winter Haven, Fla.; and a grandson: Nicholas Coy.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be held from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday, July 19, at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, July 19, at the funeral home. Pastor Bob Jarboe, Kosciusko Home Care and Hospice, chaplain will officiate.
