Bark In the Park Returns To Victory Field
INDIANAPOLIS – Following the success of the inaugural event in June, the Indianapolis Indians have announced they will give fans a second chance to share their favorite game with their favorite pets on Wednesday, August 27 at a second Bark in the Park Event at Victory Field.
Packages for human and dog tickets start at $20 (1 person, 1 dog), and seating will be reserved for canine owners and their pets to enjoy the game in the right field lawn. There must be at least one human ticket purchased per canine ticket and additional “human” tickets cost just an additional $8 per ticket.
Fans with two or more dogs must also have an additional adult “owner” accompanying the additional canine. Tickets are limited and dog packages are expected to sell out in advance of the game.
To purchase Bark in the Park tickets or for more information call the Victory Field Box Office at (317) 269-3545 or email [email protected]. Once purchase is confirmed, fans will be mailed their tickets and further information about the event.
IndyVet will provide onsite veterinarians for emergency situations and answer pet-care questions, while The Humane Society of Indianapolis, which once again will serve as a charitable partner for the event, will be providing fans the chance to browse their Pet Expo and see dogs available for adoption.
