Ride+Walk Launches Ridewalk.com
Ride+Walk Warsaw+Winona Lake has launched a brand new website full of information about biking and walking in the community. The website address is Ridewalk.com.
Bicyclists will find information about preparing for biking, types of bike facilities and their proper use, local bike registration, bike safety and more.
Those interested in walking will find information about walking safety, local greenway etiquette and more.
A calendar of events helps you to keep track of all of the great activities going on in the area.
A variety of maps are available online, including the recently published Ride Guide, a map of completed facilities, mountain bike trails, county bike routes, and several recommended rides and walks that will be expanded upon on the future.
For those looking to connect with Ride+Walk Warsaw+Winona Lake, there is information about local biking and walking events, Bicycle Friendly Business and University programs, and volunteer opportunities. Residents and visitors may also report a problem with one of the facilities through the website.
Design of the ridewalk.com website was generously funded by a grant from the Kosciusko County Convention, Recreation, and Visitor Commission, which supports and encourages tourism to the county.
