Warsaw Community Public Library will host a special carnival for all the children who participated in the summer reading program from 2 to 4 p.m. July 19 at WCPL.

This will be a family-friendly, free event to celebrate the end of the reading program and all the hard work put in by the children. The fun will include a dunk tank, science experiments, hands on learning opportunities, games, prizes, snacks and more.
