Lake City Place will celebrate its grand re-opening with a ribbon cutting at 425 Chinworth Court in Warsaw on Thursday, July 10 at 4 p.m.
“At Lake City Place, residents are at the center of our small, homelike community,” says Andrea Reed, manager of events at Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce. “We develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident, and a full-time registered nurse is available 24 hours a day to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care.”
“Our community welcomes pets and offers activities to help residents thrive in mind and body, such as church services, card and board games, WII competitive activities, manicures, bingo, baking, happy hour, trivia, exercise, tai chi, movies, and arts and crafts,” Reed says. “We also enjoy going out to eat and shop.”
The celebration is from 4-7 p.m. and will include free blood pressure checks, estate planning, VA information, a flag pole dedication, food and beverages, music and much more!
