Local Man Robbed, Attacked With Knife
Syracuse Police Department are investigating a robbery with a knife that occurred at 3:20 a.m. Thursday, May 29, in the 100 block of Medusa Street in Syracuse.
According to police, Sean D. Strombeck, 29, of North Webster, was located in the 100 block of Medusa Street when he was approached by three males who assaulted him with a knife and stole methadone.
The victim suffered lacerations to his right ankle and both forearms during the altercation but refused treatment at the scene. He was reportedly escorted by his mother to Kosciusko Community Hospital later.
The incident remains under investigation and no further information is available from police at this time.
