Wawasee Building Trades Open House
An open house for this year’s Wawasee Building Trades project house is scheduled for 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, June 4. The house was built for Ken and Cheryl Manning and is located at 12540 N. CR 300 E., Syracuse.
It is a country style cottage consisting of just under 2,000 square feet with an unfinished walk out basement. It has a 270-square-foot wrap-around porch, two full baths, two bedrooms, a great room with a cathedral ceiling featuring a 12 x 16 loft overlooking the kitchen and living room area, a large bay window, stone fireplace and pass-through kitchen and beautiful rear views through the atrium window wall.
With minimal sub help, students involved in this building project are Jamison Bolt, Jorge Castro, Derek Charles, Zachary Cockrill, Timothy Cramer, Terrance Farmer, Nathan Hare, Rodrigo Hernandez, Maclain Herr, Bailey Hershberger, Nathan Horn, Nathan Katzer, Leonard Kline, Brandin McCulloch, Andrew Nicolai, Brandon Rocha, Dominik Sanderson, Kyle Smiley, Dylan Steele, Michael Turner and Andrew Zartman.
