New Community Theatre Schedules Informational Meeting
WARSAW, IN (May 2, 2014) – The newly formed Center Street Community Theatre will hold its first public meeting on Thursday, May 8, at the Wagon Wheel Theatre, at 7 p.m. The purpose of this meeting will be to inform community members about the organization and answer their questions.
The Center Street Community Theatre is the most recent addition to the Wagon Wheel Theatre’s performing arts initiatives. Other programs under the Wagon Wheel umbrella include the Symphony of the Lakes and Wagon Wheel Junior.
During the upcoming meeting, founding members of the Center Street Community Theatre will provide key information about the organization, including its goal, mission statement, organizational structure and intended production schedule.
Another key component to this meeting will be an explanation of how community members can get involved with the Center Street Community Theatre. “We want this theatre group to be all about getting as many people in Kosciusko County involved as possible,” said Phil Herbruck, acting treasurer for the organization. “Theatre is a collaborative art, and we hope to show people at this meeting how they can be a part of that collaboration.”
At the close of the meeting, representatives from the theatre will field questions that attendees may have. A survey will also be made available to gauge the interest levels of those at the meeting
