Officers of the North Webster Police Department recently made the following arrest and investigated the following incidents:
Arrest
Monday, April 14, 9:58 p.m. East 400 North. Stacy Brett Pease, 44, 259 EMS R4 Ln., Pierceton, was driving a vehicle that ran off the roadway. Pease admitted to consuming beer. He was arrested for OWI with a BAC of .15 percent or more and taken to Kosciusko County Jail. Bond: $550 cash.
Incidents
Monday, April 14, 12:22 p.m. North Main Street. Jennifer Crosley reported a utility trailer had been taken between April 4 and April 13. It was parked at the Outdoor Store.
Sunday, April 13, 11:10 a.m. South Main Street. Freedom Express reported a drive off. The vehicle plate was given. Upon investigation the vehicle driver had a receipt for the gas. It is believed that another vehicle was at the pump beside the reported vehicle and its driver left without paying.
Saturday, April 12, 3:14 p.m. Effie Mae Street. Virginia K. Penn reported unauthorized purchases made with her credit card. Later investigation determined the purchases were made by an authorized card user.
Friday, April 11, 8:55 p.m. East Huntington Street. Child Protective Services requested an officer go with them to a residence because of possible drugs. There were some drugs and drug paraphernalia found. A report was sent to the county prosecutor for a possible warrant.
Monday, April 7, 3:07 p.m. South Main Street. Female called and stated her intoxicated brother was not welcome in her home. The male subject was located and stated he wanted to be taken to Bowen Center.
