Hundreds of Kids at Syracuse Egg Hunt

Sunshine and warm temperatures encouraged hundreds of children and parents to come out for the Syracuse Easter egg hunt Saturday morning, April 12, at Lakeside Park. The hunt was sponsored by the Syracuse Parks and Recreation Department and VFW Post 1342.
Children grades five and under participated in the Easter egg hunt. The Easter Bunny made an appearance at the Syracuse Easter egg Saturday morning
Food and entertainment followed the egg hunt. The children turned in their eggs for coins and candy, and nine went home with grand prize Easter baskets.
