After School Is Cool Tuesdays
Miss Maureen will lead in creating a fun spring craft this week! Join us as we make our own backyard bird feeders! Now that winter is leaving, birds will soon fly north and will surely appreciate a tasty treat when they arrive. Come to the meeting room at 3:30 p.m. on March 25, for the craft and a snack. We always have fun at After School is Cool and hope you will too!
Lapsit and Spring Story Time
Our Spring Story Time and Lapsit programs will begin next week. Story Time is intended for children from 3-6 years of age. Story Time is always a lot of fun. Each week focuses on a new subject, which is celebrated through books, crafts and snacks. You definitely do not want to miss out! There are three available sessions: 10:15 a.m. Wednesdays, 1:30 p.m. Wednesdays or 7 p.m. Thursdays. Lapsit is intended for babies, from infants to 36-months-old. Our theme this spring is “Piggies”. We will do some finger plays, sing some songs and read a few short books. Lapsit is at 11 a.m. on Tuesdays. If you have children who would like to be part of either Story Time or Lapsit, you can call or come in and sign up at the desk in the Children’s Department.
