Man Admits To Molesting Girlfriend’s Daughter
An Auburn man has been arrested in Kosciusko County for allegedly molesting his girlfriend’s 10-year-old daughter.
Kim Jacquay, 57, is being held on a $20,000 surety bond in the Kosciusko County Jail facing one charge of child molesting. The charges stemmed from a Jan. 31 phone call to child protective services who were informed that the young girl alleged she was molested by Jacquay between 2008 and 2009.
Kelly Bugg of CPS and Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department Detective Todd Sautter investigated the case and found that the girl’s accusations were confirmed by Jacquay. In speaking with Det. Sautter, according to a probable cause affidavit, Jacquay admitted to performing oral sex on the girl and attempting to perform intercourse.
Jacquay was arrested Wednesday on a warrant.
