Warsaw Man Arrested For Dealing Cocaine

Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Drug Task Force (DTF) have arrested a Warsaw man for dealing cocaine.

According to the DTF, Eduardo P. Terrazas, 33, of Warsaw, was arrested this morning at approximately 10:29 a.m. by undercover officers and Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department deputies after an alleged cocaine purchase. Terrazas was taken into custody, without incident, near his place of employment in Warsaw.

Terrazas is charged with two counts of dealing cocaine, a Class A felony. Kosciusko County DTF officers purportedly made numerous undercover cocaine buys form Terrazas in recent weeks before the culmination of today’s arrest.

Terrazas’s bond has been initially set at $25,000. Terrazas is also currently being held by the U.S. Immigration and Custom Enforcement as related to an Immigration Detainment.

The Kosciusko County Drug Task Force was assisted with the investigation by members of the Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office and Sheriff’s Department. The Kosciusko County Prosecutor’s Office advises that the defendant’s charge is merely an accusation and that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

  1. Only 25,000.00 bond for dealing coke what the hell is wrong with this county. It seems like we need to vote some of ppl out. this guy will be out in no time and gone. If they would keep the murderers rapist and child molesters in jail we wouldn’t have near the trouble we do.smdh

  2. Is this gentleman an illegal? If so, what is being done to prosecute the
    company here in the Warsaw area that employed him? There are individuals who have made Warsaw, Indiana their home for years who cannot find jobs. Could it be that “Lady Justice” is really
    blind? My brother’s lost their jobs after 13 years to illegals all in the name of “Cheap Labor.”
