WINONA LAKE – For the first time since the 2010-11 season, the big sister/little sister rivalry will return to the campus of Grace College.

The Triton at Warsaw girls JV/Varsity basketball games set for January 4th will be played at the Orthopedic Capital Center on the campus of Grace College. The junior varsity girls will tip-off at 6 p.m. with the varsity to follow. This is a location change from Warsaw Community High School, where the games were originally scheduled to be held.

Warsaw holds a decided edge in the girls series, having won 23 of the 25 games in which the two schools have played. Triton has not beaten Warsaw since the sectional tournament in the 1985-86 season, and the other coming in the 1983-84 regular season, a 49-48 nailbiter. Warsaw has won the last three games when the series resumed, including the OCC game in 2010, 41-28, and last year at Triton, 49-32.

The boys JV/Varsity basketball games will still be held on January 3rd at Warsaw Community High School. Junior varsity will tip-off at 6:00 p.m.
