Warsaw Christian Hosts Fruit And Nut Sale
Warsaw Christian School’s annual sixth grade Fruit and Nut sale is now in swing. The fruits consist of Florida navels, Ruby Red grapefruit and Tangerines from Golden Harvest. The nuts consist of pecans, dark and light walnuts, cashews, candy and more.
Orders may be placed through any sixth grade student or by visiting the school office. For more information, call the school at 574-267-5788. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Payment is due at time of order.
By placing an order, you can help our local charities. You may direct the fruit to be delivered directly either Combined Community Services, the Community Kitchen located at First United Methodist Church or Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Prison Ministry. Fruit donated directly to a charitable organization will be sold for $2 less than that of the regular fruit sale price. The donation will not be tax-deductible. This would be a great project for your business, church or small group.
The last day to order is Nov. 22. Fruit will be delivered to the school between Wednesday, Dec. 11, and Friday, Dec. 13 – just in time for the holidays!
