Three Sought For Home Improvement Fraud
Kosciusko and Whitley County Sheriff’s Departments are seeking the public’s assistance in locating three Wabash County men on alleged charges of home improvement fraud. Two of the men have been sought since July. (See related)
Police in Kosciusko and Whitley counties are attempting to locate two men from the community of Disko, which is located on SR 114 at the Fulton/Wabash County line.
Felony and misdemeanor warrants on allegations of home improvement fraud have been issued by Kosciusko County for Bobby J. Allison, 22, and his brother, Elvis A. Allison, 26, Silver Lake. Whitley County also currently has active felony warrants of home improvement fraud for both brothers.
Bobby and Elvis Allison are notorious for a variety of residential home improvement scams that have been occurring in Whitley and Kosciusko counties. A third relative, Tyson Allison, 29, is also being sought by Kosciusko County officials after an alleged scam that occurred Friday near Silver Lake. Officers have advised that Tyson Allison was last seen driving a white, Dodge Ram crew-cab pickup truck, with possibly Montana license plates affixed to the vehicle. Tyson Allison also currently has an active warrant for his arrest in Grant County.
Citizens are being asked to contact either the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department at 574-267-5667, or the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department at 260-244-6410, if they have information related to the location of any of the three individuals. Citizens are also being advised to not conduct business transactions with the individuals, but rather call their local law enforcement agencies.
