Jackson Dickerson, 45, of Pierceton, Ind., passed away at 2 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 5, 2013, in Mason Health Care and Rehabilitation of Warsaw, Ind.
He was born April 7, 1968, to Richard Rife and Sandra (Smith) Bentley.
He attended God’s Highway to Heaven Church and Fellowship Missions both of Warsaw, Ind. He was employed by R.R. Donnelly and Sons of Warsaw and was a driver for Papa John’s Pizza.
He is survived by a daughter: Alicia Dickerson, South Bend, Ind.; a son: Jordan Dickerson, South Bend; his mother: Sandra Bentley, Spencer, Ind.; three brothers: Richard Rife Jr. and Michael Bentley, both of Spencer; and Chris Bentley, Indianapolis, Ind.; a sister: Linda Johnson, Goshen, Ind.; and his fiancé: Amanda Gibson, Pierceton.
He was preceded in death by daughters: Kaitlyn and Alexis Dickerson.
Visitation hours are scheduled from 10 a.m. to noon Monday, Sept. 9, with a funeral service scheduled for noon in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Pastors Bob Brown, Eric Lane and Steve Gift will officiate the services. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
