Kosciusko Home Care & Hospice has announced the hiring of the business’s new occupational therapist, Tyler Wallen.

Wallen graduated from Warsaw Community High School. He completed his bachelors degree at Purdue University and his masters of occupational therapy degree at Florida Gulf Coast University.

Wallen chose to study occupational therapy after a bad snowmobiling accident in which he received therapy for a wrist injury. He was recently published in the Occupational Therapy International Journal. Tyler is married and enjoys fishing and golf.
