WCHS Receives Gold Star Counseling Award
Warsaw Community High School recently received the Indiana Gold Star School Counseling Award which exhibits the highest level of school counseling professionalism in Indiana by meeting or exceeding the Indiana School Counseling Program Standards.
The Gold Star designation is also recognized nationally through the American School Counselor Association’s highest award – the R.A.M.P. Award for Recognized ASCA Model Programs. This prestigious national award is presented by the American School Counselor Association.The Indiana Gold Star School Counseling Award will be presented to Warsaw Community High School at the Gold Star and ISCA Awards Luncheon on Friday, Nov. 15, at the Marriott East Hotel in Indianapolis. The Warsaw Community High School Counseling Department is committed to the WCS mission “To inspire and equip all students to continuously acquire and apply knowledge and skills while pursuing their dreams and enriching the lives of other.”
