Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department
Officers of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department recently investigated the following accidents:
Tuesday, Aug. 27, 7:36 a.m. North Old SR 15 south of West 600 North, Leesburg. Driver: Brett A. Kneller, 36, South Bruner Road, Warsaw. Kneller said he may have fallen asleep and went off of the road and struck an object. Damages: up to $5,000
Tuesday, Aug. 27, 6:54 a.m. East Old Road 30 and South 250 East, Warsaw. Driver: Cory A. Alvey, 29, West 550 North, Pierceton. Driver struck a deer. Damages: up to $2,500
Tuesday, Aug. 27, 6:50 a.m. North 350 West, Warsaw. Driver: Shawn W. Adams, 35, West Old Road 30, Warsaw. Adams said he struck a piece of sheet metal in the road, which caused damages to his vehicle. Damages: up to $1,000
Warsaw Police Department
Officers of the Warsaw Police Department recently investigated the following accidents:
Monday, Aug. 26, 5:15 p.m. East Center and Court streets. Drivers: Manuel Centeno, 40, North Columbia Street, Warsaw; and Ronald J. Wilson, 62, Marshall Road, Charlotte, Mich. Centeno rear-ended Wilson’s vehicle at a traffic light. Damages: up to $5,000
Monday, Aug. 26, 4:18 p.m. Lake City Highway and North Parker Street. Drivers: Alan D. Hoover, 62, Esplanade Street, Winona Lake; and Darold L. Bryan, 65, Warsaw. Hoover rear-ended Bryan’s vehicle at a stop light. Damages: up to $1,000
