Kosciusko Board Of Realtors Prepares For Conversion
The Kosciusko Board of REALTORS MLS is preparing for a September conversion to the new Indiana Regional MLS.
The new IRMLS embodies the future of MLS organizations everywhere, representing a more cost-effective new service, which is bigger and better than any of the current individual MLS systems.
The new IRMLS was launched in the first quarter of 2013 with the initial participating MLSs; UPSTAR (Fort Wayne), Bloomington Association and the Lafayette Regional Association conversions. By second quarter 2014, the IRMLS will showcase the properties for sale from over 5,000 real estate professionals coming from 13 separate founding MLS’s in Indiana.
“The ability to access a massive amount of aggregated listing data from 13 MLS’s in a single place is going to help realtors and their clients by allowing them to work more efficiently in the marketplace,” said Carrie Kendall, IRMLS general manager.
At the same time as KBOR MLS’s conversion, the Elkhart County MLS, Greater South Bend MLS and North Central Indiana MLS will also convert. KBOR MLS is proud to be a founding member and on the cutting edge of this modern MLS regional model in Indiana.
