Death Investigation Underway In Warsaw
A 53-year-old Warsaw man fell to his death early Sunday morning, but fficials are being tight-lipped on what happened. Kosciusko County Coroner Michael Wilson says only that the death of Bryan W. Busz, 53, is under investigation and an autopsy is pending.
Medics and police were called to 418 S. Union St. Apt. E at 4:23 a.m. Sunday. Upon arrival they found Busz unconscious and receiving CPR. While Warsaw Police have not yet released any information about what happened, a family member tells StaceyPageOnline.com that Busz allegedly fell down a flight of stairs while returning to his apartment.
A police report identifies four other people who were at the scene at the time of the accident. Among those was Randy Walgamuth, 53, who is reportedly homeless; Antonie Phillips, 52, of Warsaw; and Michael Wasko, 38, Warsaw. A fourth individual, Sarah Brettell, 19, also of the Union Street address, is believed to have been the 911 caller.
Police are not offering any additional information at this time.
In unrelated case, a medical condition resulted in a drowning death in Warsaw. According to Wilson, cardiac arrest is being blamed as the cause of the death. Due to HIPAA laws, medical conditions cases are not a matter of public record.
