Penny R. Linn
Penny R. Linn, 50 of Pierceton, Ind., passed away at 8:20 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 7, 2013, in Parkview Whitley Hospital, Columbia City, IN.
On Aug. 4, 1963, she was born to Paul and Pat (Lightfoot) Johnston in Warsaw, Indiana. She was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County.
Penny was employed at DePuy until 2010 and then she was currently employed with Zimmer Inc. as an assistant of Regulatory Affairs.
She attended New Life Christian Church and World Outreach, Warsaw and had been involved with The Boy Scouts of America for over 20 years. Penny enjoyed bowling and was in a bowling league with her fellow Zimmer colleagues.
Penny is survived by two sons: Timothy Milo Linn and Tyler Scott Linn, both of Fort Wayne, Ind.; two grandchildren: Karmon Ray Linn, Pierceton; and Aiden Scott Linn, South Whitley, Ind.; parents: Paul and Pat Johnston, Warsaw, Ind.; one sister: Pamela (Jeff) Grames, Norwalk, Ohio; and her niece and nephew: Victoria and Keagan Grames, Norwalk, Ohio.
Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 10, at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Pierceton. A memorial service will follow at 5 p.m. with Pastor Ed Gebert officiating. Burial will be at a later date.
