Syracuse Man Jailed For Sexual Misconduct
Syracuse Police Department have concluded an investigation into alleged sexual misconduct with a minor and have arrested a Syracuse man in connection of the crime.
Zachary Hollinger of Kosciusko County Department of Child Services contacted officer James Layne of the Syracuse Police Department stating that he had received information from a Wawasee School counselor that a female juvenile stated she had been having sexual intercourse with Gary Thomas Castle Jr., 19, in his apartment at Greenhouse Apartments, Syracuse. According to the charges, the juvenile is between 14-15 years old.
Upon questioning, Castle admitted that he had had sexual intercourse with the juvenile. Castle is jailed on two class C felony charges of sexual misconduct with a child and is being held on a $10,000 bond.
