The 37th annual Silver Lake Days festival will feature rides, tractors and some summer fun from tomorrow through Friday, June 13-15.

A Peddler’s Market will take place at the Conservation Building.

An ice cream social will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday at the old fire station in downtown Silver Lake. The night will round out with music by the band Randa at 8 p.m.

Free popcorn will be provided by Lake City Bank. The Silver Lake Days Festival Committee asks parents to use caution with children to collect candy from parade floats as walking in front of floats can be dangerous. Cutie King and Queen judging begins immediately following the parade, around 11 a.m., for children ages 3 to 6.
A fish and tenderloin fry lunch will be served from noon to 2 p.m. at Silver Lake Wesleyan Church. A hog roast will start at noon at the Old Fire Station and homemade ice cream, provided by Echoes of the Past, will start at noon, along with a tractor and equipment display in downtown.
