Still Time To Register For Chamber Golf Outing
So far, 28 teams are signed up to participate in the Syracuse-Wawasee Chamber of Commerce’s annual golf outing June 19 at Maxwelton Golf Club. However, a couple openings for teams are still available.
The golf outing will start off with lunch at 11:30 a.m. and be followed by a shotgun start at 1 p.m. Teams are composed of four members, and the sign-up fee is $275 per team, which covers green fees, use of a golf cart and lunch.
An after-party will then take place after the golf outing, during which there will be hors d’oeuvres and drinks catered by Maxwelton Golf Club. All awards will take place during the after-party and the silent auction will conclude. A raffle and 50-50 drawing will also occur during the after-party.
Several great items are up for the raffle including two tickets to see the Bob and Tom show live, a woman’s watch valued at $250, several items of sports memorabilia, among others.
Several great prizes will be given away, too, including two tickets to the Masters Golf Tournament. Sorg Dodge is also donating the hole eight hole-in-one prize: a new vehicle. There will be two other par three holes with hole-in-one merchandise prizes.
