Dale Allen Rogers
Dale Allen Rogers, 59, of Syracuse, Ind., passed away Friday, May 31, 2013, at his residence.
He was born Sept. 10, 1953, in Milford, Ind., to Bruce and Maxine (Pease) Rogers Jr.
Dale was a hard working guy, living by the motto, “There is no job to big or too small for me to handle.” He retired from Dana after many years of employment. Dale spoke his mind and taught his kids the value of speaking the truth. He had a great sense of humor and always had a story to tell. He enjoyed being outdoors whether it be gardening, fishing or hunting and enjoyed traveling. He was a member of the lost Dutchmen and the Miner’s Association and enjoyed Gold mining.
He is survived by a daughter: Samantha Rogers, Elkhart, Ind.; two sons: George (Trinity) Rogers, Elkhart; Sean Lewis Rogers, South Bend, Ind.; two grandchildren: Shamus Lee Rogers and Robert Edward Lee Rogers, both of Elkhart; his parents; a brother: Tim (Cindy) Rogers, Warsaw; three sisters: Sharon (Dennis) Heminger, Elkhart; Doris Rogers, Elkhart; and Sue (Doug) Johnson, Milford.
Dale was preceded in death by a brother: Bruce Rogers; and twin grandchildren: Connor Trinity and Zen Trinity Rogers.
A celebration of life will be at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, June 7, at Mishler Funeral Home, Milford. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service.
