Pets of the Week
This week’s Pets of the Week are from the Animal Welfare League of Kosciusko County.
Cooper is a male Lhasa Apso mix and he’s about 2 years old and neutered. He was surrendered to the AWL by his owner on March 7 because they couldn’t find time to properly potty train him.
Cooper is a very friendly boy. He is great with children and other animals, both cats and dogs. Cooper is very loving and sweet, but also likes to play. He has a great personality and will make a wonderful family pet, although he will need a little help with house-training.
Cooper is available for a $125 adoption fee.
Kit Kat is a domestic short-hair, about 3 months old. She was found as a stray on April 12 and treated in foster care for an upper respiratory infection for a couple weeks. She has since gotten to be a healthy, playful kitten.
Kit Kat is very energetic and loves everyone. She is great with other cats and dogs, and sometimes plays like a dog herself. She is very adventurous, and also a very loving sweetheart. She would be a great family companion.
Kit Kat is available for an $85 adoption fee.
All Kosciusko County nonprofit animal rescue groups are invited to use our Pet of the Week feature to help animals find homes. Please send photos, information on the animals, and all adoption information – such as pricing, what the fee includes, and how to contact someone about the animal – to [email protected] and we will happily feature the animal(s).
